Position: Bookstore manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mondays – Fridays; 10am-6pm Saturdays & 10am-6pm Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding books and providing recommendations
Manage the arrangement and display of books and other merchandise
Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming
Participate in book-related events and promotions
Requirements:
A genuine passion for books and reading
Proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos (This will be a deciding factor)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills for managing inventory and sales systems
